Mandates that schools and child care providers inform the public that searchable sex offender records are available online through the Delaware State Police website, at police agencies, or the State Bureau of Identification

Clarifies that sex offender registry information must be accessible through the Delaware State Police Sex Offender Central Registry website, which is updated weekly and allows geographic searches and email notification sign-ups

Makes technical corrections to conform existing law to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards, including terminology updates such as changing "shall" to "must" and "electronic mail" to "e-mail"
