Updates the definition of "ABMG" to "ABMGG" (American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics) throughout the genetic counselor licensing statutes to reflect the organization's current name

Adds a new definition for "genetic tests" by cross-referencing the existing definition in Title 16, § 1201

Expands the scope of genetic counseling practice to explicitly include "ordering of genetic tests" in addition to identifying, coordinating, and explaining genetic laboratory tests

Maintains the requirement that licensed genetic counselors must refer clients to a licensed physician if any indication of disease or condition requiring medical assessment is discovered during counseling services
