Codifies standard conditions of probation into Delaware law, replacing the previous system where the Department of Correction adopted standards that courts could use

Establishes seven standard probation conditions including: no new criminal offenses, reporting arrests within 72 hours, reporting to probation officers, obtaining authorization to leave the state, reporting residence/employment changes within 72 hours, requiring written approval to possess firearms, and complying with special conditions

Preserves court authority to impose, modify, or add special conditions of probation beyond the standard conditions

Requires the Department of Correction to submit a report to the court before any probation conditions can be modified

Takes effect 180 days after enactment into law
