Schools receiving federal funding must protect students, staff, and faculty from sex-based discrimination and sex-based harassment under Title IX

Schools must prominently post on their website a Title IX section including: descriptions of coordinator, investigator, and decision-maker roles; contact information for the Title IX coordinator; links to policy manuals and complaint forms; and information about supportive measures

The webpage must include a link to the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights FAQ page on Title IX

Students, staff, and faculty who report sex-based discrimination have the right to receive supportive measures regardless of whether a formal investigation is opened

Title IX coordinators must provide written reminders to all school staff and faculty at the beginning of each academic year about reporting policies and procedures for sex-based discrimination and harassment
