Deletes the word "other" from Section 2527(e) of Title 16 of the Delaware Code regarding advance health-care directives, correcting an error from the Uniform Law Commission's Uniform Health-Care Decisions Act

Clarifies that advance health-care directives created before, on, or after September 30, 2025, must be interpreted in accordance with Delaware law (excluding choice-of-law rules) at the time the directive is implemented

Technical correction adopted to align Delaware's statute with the intended language of the uniform model act

Takes effect on September 30, 2025, to coincide with the effective date of Section 2527 of Title 16
