Designates February 4, 2025, as "USO Day" in Delaware, commemorating President Nixon's first USO Day proclamation on February 4, 1971

USO Delaware, established in 1991, serves military members and families at Dover Air Force Base, including the 436th Active Duty Wing, 512th Reserve Wing, and Delaware National Guard

The organization has supported more than 217,000 active duty, reserve, and guard members and their families, and over 10,200 family members through the Families of the Fallen program

USO Delaware provides free entertainment, facilities, and comfort to deploying service members and has held over 50 major events for military families in the past year

USO Delaware has supported every Dignified Transfer request without exception since its establishment in 1991, providing assistance to families of fallen service members
