Recognizes and supports the Air Mobility Command Museum Foundation's major expansion project at the Air Mobility Command Museum, Delaware's top tourist attraction with over 100,000 annual visitors

Expansion will include a new hangar housing seven aircraft, additional exhibit space, education and conference center with multiple classrooms, 500-seat banquet facility, cafeteria, 300-seat theater, new museum store, outdoor patio, and memorial garden

The Air Mobility Command Museum preserves and exhibits over three dozen aircraft used in airlift, air refueling, aeromedical evacuation, and executive support missions

Project will be funded primarily through private and public donations, with the resolution calling upon Delaware citizens, businesses, and corporations to support the effort

Expansion aims to provide interactive educational exhibits, aerospace science demonstrations, youth education programs, and spaces designed to inspire future Airmen and inform global audiences about Air Force heritage
