Designates March 2026 as "March for the Arts" in Delaware to recognize the critical role of arts in education and youth development

Builds on the original 2003 legislation (Senate Bill No. 116) by Senator Dorinda Connor that first established "March for the Arts in Education Month"

Recognizes the bipartisan Arts and Culture Caucus within the General Assembly, which works to advance the contributions of arts to Delaware society

Acknowledges that arts education improves school attendance, graduation rates, and academic achievement while preparing students for careers in the creative economy

Celebrates contributions of arts educators, students in arts programs, artists, arts administrators, and advocates across the state
