Honors Darwin R. Wall of Middletown, Delaware, a Vietnam War veteran who served with the "Bushwhackers" unit (Company B, 720th Police Battalion, 18th Military Police Brigade) from 1968-1969

Recognizes Wall's receipt of the Bronze Star Medal in 2023 at the U.S. Capitol, awarded more than 50 years after his combat service due to his military police designation initially preventing eligibility for combat badges

Acknowledges Wall as the only Delaware recipient among the group of military police veterans who received delayed Bronze Star recognition through efforts involving military leaders and U.S. Congressman Robert Latta of Ohio

Notes Wall's service included participation in the Long Binh Jail riot, 8 months with an ambush and reconnaissance unit, and duty as a river patrol boat captain before returning to Delaware as a sergeant in 1969
