Highlights Delaware's hosting of North America's largest annual intercollegiate Bhangra and Fusion dance competition organized by the Sikh community

Notes that Sikhs have faced disproportionately high rates of hate crimes and bullying since September 11, 2001, due to mistaken identity and discrimination based on their beards and turbans
