Authorizes K-12 students with pancreatic insufficiency or cystic fibrosis to carry and self-administer prescribed pancreatic enzyme supplements at school, during school-sponsored activities, and in transit to/from school with parental and prescriber authorization.

Requires the State Board of Education, in cooperation with the Department of Health, to adopt rules governing the use of prescribed pancreatic enzyme supplements including safety provisions to prevent misuse or abuse.

Provides indemnification to school districts, county health departments, public-private partners, and their employees and volunteers against liability for student use of prescribed pancreatic enzyme supplements.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
