Amends Florida Statutes section 549.09 to allow minors to sign motorsport liability releases if their parent or guardian also signs the release.

Defines "nonspectators" in motorsport events to include minors who have signed a liability release with parental or guardian consent.

Permits motorsport liability releases to be signed by multiple persons if the release form appears on each page or side of a page that is signed.

Requires motorsport liability releases to be printed in 8 point type or larger.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
