Expands the list of criminal offenses triggering court assessments for the Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund to include human trafficking, kidnapping, burglary, theft, lewd conduct, and other violence-related crimes in addition to sexual assault offenses

Increases the domestic violence surcharge from $201 to $301, with $185 (up from $85) deposited into the Domestic Violence Trust Fund and the remainder used for incarceration costs and law enforcement training

Increases the rape crisis center surcharge to $151, with $150 deposited into the Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund and $1 retained by the court clerk as a service charge

Expands offenses subject to domestic violence surcharges to include human trafficking and false imprisonment

Takes effect July 1, 2010
