Amends Florida Statute 1008.22 to allow comprehensive statewide assessments to be administered the week before April 15 if a religious holiday (including Passover and Easter) occurs during that week.

Maintains existing requirement that comprehensive statewide assessments of writing cannot be administered before the week of March 1 and other subject assessments cannot be administered before the week of April 15.

Applies flexibility only to comprehensive statewide assessments, while end-of-course assessments must still be administered within the last 2 weeks of the course.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
