Adds a new aggravating circumstance for capital felony sentencing when the crime is committed by a person subject to a domestic violence injunction (s. 741.30), stalking/repeat violence injunction (s. 784.046), or a foreign protection order

The aggravating circumstance applies when the capital felony is committed against the petitioner who obtained the injunction/protection order, or against the petitioner's spouse, child, sibling, or parent

Aggravating circumstances are factors that may support imposing a death sentence rather than life imprisonment in capital felony cases
