Motor vehicle registration and renewal application forms must include language permitting a voluntary $1 contribution to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse, distributed to Lauren's Kids, Inc.

Driver's license and identification card application forms for original, renewal, or replacement must include language for voluntary contributions to eight organizations: organ/tissue donor education ($1), Florida Council of the Blind ($1), Hearing Research Institute ($2), Juvenile Diabetes Foundation ($1), Children's Hearing Help Fund ($1), Family First ($1), Florida Heart Research Institute ($1), Lauren's Kids Inc. ($1), and Prevent Blindness Florida ($1).

Contributions to these organizations are not considered income of a revenue nature for purposes of calculating service charges under section 215.20.

Repeals section 322.18(9), which previously required driver's license renewal forms to include separate voluntary contribution options for Prevent Blindness Florida and Family First.

Effective date: October 1, 2010.
