Prohibits adoption agencies from requiring prospective or current adoptive parents to disclose information about lawful firearm or ammunition possession as a condition of adoption.

Prohibits adoption agencies from restricting lawful possession, storage, or use of firearms or ammunition as a condition for adoption.

Requires child-placing agencies to comply with the firearm restrictions and establishes these violations as grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of a license by the Department of Children and Family Services.

Requires the Department of Children and Family Services to adopt a form for adoption home studies that provides prospective adoptive applicants with specific firearm-related language verbatim from Florida Statute section 790.174.
