Requires district school board policies to include a requirement that schools provide and post accurate nutritional information for daily breakfast and lunch meals in a prominent cafeteria location.

Mandates posted nutritional information include sugar, fat, calorie, and vitamin contents for each meal, as well as identification of food and beverage suppliers.

Extends the same nutritional information requirements to all school districts operating summer nutrition programs.

Information must be provided to both parents and students in schools participating in regular or summer meal programs.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
