Motor vehicle registration and renewal forms must include options for voluntary $1 contributions to Blind Babies and Blind Youth Services, services for persons with developmental disabilities (The Arc of Florida), and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay, Inc.

Driver's license application forms must add three new voluntary contribution options: $1 to Senior Vision Services, $1 for developmental disabilities services, and $1 to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay, Inc.

Contributions collected are transferred monthly by the Department of Motor Vehicles to the respective charitable organizations.

Voluntary contributions are not considered income of a revenue nature for purposes of service charges under Florida Statutes section 215.20.

Effective date is October 1, 2010.
