Amends Florida's school grading system to include student performance on standardized end-of-course assessments in visual arts, music, dance, and theatre courses as a factor in school grades for high schools.

Requires the Department of Education to develop fine arts assessments in coordination with Florida professional arts education associations, subject to available funding.

Mandates that field testing of the fine arts assessments be completed and results reported no later than 2 years after funds become available.

Applies to both the calculation of school grades (50% component for high schools) and detailed assessment data used in determining those grades.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
