Creates public records exemption for home addresses, telephone numbers, and photographs of current and former public defenders, assistant public defenders, and criminal conflict and civil regional counsel

Exempts home addresses, telephone numbers, and places of employment of spouses and children of such attorneys, and names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by their children

Exemption applies to requests under Florida's public records law and Article I, Section 24(a) of the State Constitution

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2015, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective July 1, 2010; cites public necessity based on safety concerns due to attorneys' interactions with criminal defendants, crime victims, and sensitive civil matters
