Florida Housing Finance Corporation shall provide technical assistance to mobile home owners' associations in purchasing their mobile home parks, including issuing bonds through 501(c)(3) organizations.

Mobile home parks are declared an essential element of providing affordable housing in Florida.

Park owners must give homeowners' associations written notice and a 45-day period to purchase the park at the offered price before changing land use from mobile home rentals to another use.

Mobile home owners must receive at least 6 months' notice of eviction due to change in use and must be informed about potential compensation from the Florida Mobile Home Relocation Trust Fund.

Park owners cannot increase lot rental amounts within 90 days before giving notice of a change in land use.
