Amends section 838.022, Florida Statutes to create a new offense making it unlawful for a public servant with corrupt intent to willfully fail to disclose direct or indirect financial interests or benefits of themselves or their immediate family members in matters within their official duties.

Defines "with corrupt intent" as acting knowingly and dishonestly for a wrongful purpose.

Establishes that violation of the amended statute constitutes a third-degree felony, punishable under existing felony provisions in sections 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084.

Retains existing official misconduct prohibitions against falsifying official records, concealing documents, and obstructing communication of information relating to felonies affecting public agencies.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
