Amends section 320.02 of Florida Statutes to require motor vehicle registration application forms include optional $1 voluntary contributions to various charitable organizations.

Adds new subsection (i) allowing applicants to voluntarily contribute $1 to Florida Network of Children's Advocacy Centers, Inc., with funds distributed quarterly by the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Requires Florida Network of Children's Advocacy Centers to retain a maximum of 50 percent of revenues for network activities and distribute the remainder equitably among network members as determined by the board of directors.

Maintains existing voluntary contribution options for other organizations including Prevent Blindness Florida, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Southeastern Guide Dogs, and others totaling $1 per applicant.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
