Adds correctional probation officers to the definition of "emergency rescue or public safety worker" under Florida Statute 112.181 for purposes of occupational disease provisions relating to hepatitis, meningococcal meningitis, and tuberculosis.

Extends death benefit provisions under Florida Statute 112.19 to include full-time correctional probation officers killed in the line of duty on or after July 1, 1993 as a result of violence or assault.

Requires political subdivisions to pay full health insurance premiums for surviving spouses (until remarried) and dependent children (until age of majority or age 25 if full-time/part-time student) of correctional probation officers killed in the line of duty.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
