Creates the "Jim King Outdoor Life Act" and designates state-owned lands in Marion and Putnam Counties along the Oklawaha River floodplain, from the Eureka Dam to the Buckman Lock, as the James E. "Jim" King, Jr., Senator Jim King State Reserve.

Assigns the Office of Greenways and Trails within the Department of Environmental Protection to oversee the state reserve and develop multipurpose recreational opportunities while maintaining and beautifying the property.

Prohibits substantial alterations to lands within the state reserve as they existed on January 1, 2010, except for necessary maintenance and improvements to dams, locks, and other structures.

Authorizes public hunting in the reserve as permitted by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and allows development of Youth Conservation Center programs and facilities within the reserve.

Authorizes the Division of State Lands to acquire adjacent or contiguous property from private owners or the Federal Government to improve management and recreational opportunities; effective January 1, 2011.
