Amends the Seminole Tribe of Florida gaming compact codified in Florida Statutes section 285.711 to establish a distribution formula for the Local Government Share (3% of annual revenue payments).

Directs 3% of the tribe's annual gaming revenue to local governments to offset impacts of tribal gaming facilities, with distribution amounts calculated based on each facility's proportionate share of total revenue.

Specifies distribution percentages for seven gaming facilities: Brighton Reservation (100% to Glades County), Coconut Creek casino (7.5% Broward County, 65% Coconut Creek, 15% Coral Springs, 10% Margate, 2.5% Parkland), Hollywood casino (15% Broward County, 65% Hollywood, 10% Davie, 10% Dania Beach), Immokalee (100% Collier County), Big Cypress (100% Hendry County), Hard Rock Hollywood (15% Broward County, 65% Hollywood, 10% Davie, 10% Dania Beach), and Hard Rock Tampa (100% Hillsborough County).

Establishes that Local Government Share payments are made by the tribe to the state simultaneously with revenue share payments, then distributed by the state to designated local governments.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
