Mandates notice to guests about the availability of sugar-free options displayed on the establishment's food menu and prominently posted wherever foods served with these syrups or preserves are advertised.

Specifies notice must appear in locations including daily special postings, overhead menus at food service counters, drive-through window menus, and establishment signage.

Becomes effective July 1, 2010.
