Repeals section 570.901, F.S., which established the Florida Agricultural Museum.

Removes all references to "the museum" from the direct-support organization statute, limiting the definition to organizations supporting specific departmental programs rather than museums.

Deletes the requirement that the Department of Agriculture establish archival procedures for museum artifacts and records equivalent to those of the Department of State.

Changes department authority from "shall not permit" to "may not permit" use of property and facilities by direct-support organizations that fail to provide equal employment opportunities.

Effective date: July 1, 2010.
