Repeals the Center for Health Technologies statute (s. 381.0404) and the Florida Biomedical and Social Research Act (s. 381.85)

Removes the Florida Cancer Council from the advisory council membership of the Florida Center for Universal Research to Eradicate Disease and replaces it with direct representation from the American Cancer Society, Florida Division, Inc.

Transfers the mission and duties of the Florida Cancer Council into the William G. "Bill" Bankhead, Jr., and David Coley Cancer Research Program statute, including goals for expanding cancer research capacity, improving clinical trial participation, and reducing cancer health disparities

Repeals the Cervical Cancer Elimination Task Force statute (s. 381.912) and the separate Florida Cancer Council statute (s. 381.92)

Takes effect July 1, 2010
