Authorizes the chief judge to designate the court administrator to perform specific duties relating to jury system management and operation, with the clerk retaining responsibilities if no such designation is made.

Maintains the clerk of the circuit court's specific responsibilities for processing jurors including qualifications, summons, selection lists, reporting, and compensation.

Permits the chief judge to designate additional duties to the clerk of the circuit court consistent with uniform jury management standards adopted by the Supreme Court.

Allows the chief judge to designate the court administrator to perform jury selection duties in counties with computerized jury selection systems if funding is obtained from any source.
