Amends Florida Statutes section 752.01 to expand grounds for awarding grandparent visitation rights with grandchildren

Adds new ground allowing visitation when the parent (who is the grandparent's child) is deceased and the grandparent had an established relationship with the child before the parent's death

Changes statutory language from "when" to "if" and from "if" to "and" in the best interest standard for visitation awards

Maintains existing grounds for visitation: parental marriage dissolution, parental desertion, and child born out of wedlock

Takes effect July 1, 2010
