Allows chiropractic medicine faculty certificates for individuals performing research or accepting full-time or part-time faculty appointments, with dean certification required.

Restricts certified chiropractic physician's assistants performing services under indirect supervision to the supervising physician's address of record only, and removes the 24-month duration requirement for basic training programs (maintaining 200 didactic classroom hours minimum).

Requires registration of chiropractic assistants performing therapeutic services effective April 1, 2012, with initial application within 30 days of employment and mandatory notification to the board within 30 days of employment changes; exempts those performing only nontherapeutic services.

Requires board approval of supervising chiropractic physicians for registered assistants, with approval fees not exceeding $75, and authorizes limited liability companies, limited partnerships, professional associations, health care clinics, health maintenance organizations, and prepaid health clinics to employ or contract with chiropractic physicians.

Allows surviving spouses of deceased chiropractic physicians to hold and operate the deceased's ownership interests for one year after death before the practice must comply with ownership restrictions.
