Authorizes Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office to appropriate and pay $716,200 to Lawrence Femminella as compensation for false arrest, loss of consortium, and negligent training and hiring of deputy sheriffs.

Payment represents the balance of an $816,200 judgment awarded to Femminella on February 6, 2006, after he was falsely arrested based on fabricated evidence provided by an informant seeking leniency for his own felony charges.

Femminella had already received $100,000 from the Sheriff's Office, leaving the $716,200 balance to be paid under this act.

Limits attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to a maximum of 25 percent of the $716,200 award.

Provides that the payments constitute sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the circumstances described in the act.
