Creates Go Green license plate with $25 annual use fee; Coalition for Renewable Energy Solutions retains all revenue until startup costs recovered, then up to 10% for administration with remaining funds supporting renewable energy programs and education.

Creates Preserving the Past license plate with $25 annual use fee; Toomey Foundation retains 50% of proceeds until startup costs recovered, then uses remaining funds to acquire and preserve properties of paleontological, archeological, or geological significance.

Creates Peace license plate with $25 annual use fee; Toomey Foundation retains 50% of proceeds until startup costs recovered, then uses remaining funds to support educational, research, and scientific activities in Florida.
