Reestablishes the Fort Pierce Farms Water Control District in St. Lucie County as an independent special district and public corporation pursuant to Florida Chapter 298, with specific geographic boundaries defined by legal description.

Establishes a three-member Board of Supervisors elected on a one-acre, one-vote basis by landowners within the district, with board members required to be landowners, state residents, and U.S. citizens.

Grants the district powers and authorities under Chapter 298 Florida Statutes, including non-ad valorem assessments, bond issuance, budget preparation, tax collection for bonded indebtedness, and ability to assist St. Lucie County with water quality and management components.

Sets the district's existence through December 31, 2050, and makes applicable all provisions of Chapters 189 and 298 Florida Statutes insofar as not inconsistent with this act.

Ratifies and validates all prior acts, circuit court decrees, proceedings, tax levies, and assessments taken on behalf of the district since its 1919 creation, with provisions of this act controlling in case of conflict.
