Creates Section 517.2016, Florida Statutes, establishing a public records exemption for information revealing examination techniques and procedures used by the Office of Financial Regulation under the Florida Securities and Investor Protection Act

Defines "examination techniques and procedures" as methods, processes, and guidelines used to evaluate regulatory compliance and collect data to document violations of securities laws

Allows the Office of Financial Regulation to share exempted information with other governmental entities having oversight, regulatory, or law enforcement authority

Makes the exemption retroactively applicable to information held by the office before, on, or after the effective date

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and requires legislative reenactment by October 2, 2015, to prevent repeal
