Authorizes enforcement of moving traffic violations in Broward County municipalities even if roadways do not fully comply with Department of Transportation standards.

Allows violations to be enforced as long as traffic control signage meets DOT standards, regardless of other DOT requirements.

Exempts enforcement from compliance with DOT standards regarding roadway width, speed bumps, and other traffic-calming devices.

Overrides existing provisions in Florida Statutes sections 316.003(53), 316.006(2), and 316.640(3).

Takes effect upon becoming law.
