Amends Florida Statutes section 379.361 to exempt residents age 65 and older from annual saltwater products license fees if they have held a valid license for the previous 3 consecutive years.

Applies the fee exemption only to individual licenses authorizing commercial fishing from shore or a vessel, which normally cost $50 for residents.

Does not affect license fees for other license types (vessel-based licenses or licenses authorizing multiple persons to fish).

Effective date: July 1, 2010.
