Proposes amendment to Article IX, Section 5 of the Florida Constitution regarding superintendent selection in school districts.

Maintains current provisions allowing smaller districts to either elect superintendents or employ them by school board resolution or special law approved by voters.

Specifies that any resolution or special law allowing board appointment of superintendents may be rescinded or repealed after four years, except in districts meeting the 300,000-student threshold.

Requires approval by Florida voters at a general election or specially authorized special election before the amendment takes effect.
