Amends section 559.935, Florida Statutes, to add subsection (7) stating that exemptions under the Florida Sellers of Travel Act do not apply to sellers of travel offering prearranged travel, tourist-related services, or tour-guide services to persons traveling directly from Florida to a terrorist nation.

Defines "terrorist nation" as any state, country, or nation designated by the United States Department of State as a state sponsor of terrorism.

Takes effect July 1, 2010, and applies to the Florida Sellers of Travel Act as it existed prior to July 1, 2008, as well as any sections amended or created after July 1, 2008, except those amended by chapter 2008-214, Laws of Florida.

Responds to a 2009 federal court decision that struck down 2008 amendments to the Travel Act as unconstitutional, allowing the Legislature to impose registration and bonding requirements on sellers of travel serving persons traveling to terrorist nations.
