• Extends notice period for appointing agency inspectors general from 7 days to 14 days before making an offer of employment, with written notification to the Governor and Chief Inspector General

• Extends notice period for inspector general termination from 7 days to 14 days before removal for agencies under gubernatorial or Cabinet direction
