Defines "publicly owned performing arts center" as a facility with at least 200 seats owned and operated by the state or political subdivision, used to promote performing, visual, or fine arts

Creates public records exemption for names, addresses, and telephone numbers of donors or prospective donors to publicly owned performing arts centers who wish to remain anonymous

Exempts such donor information from Florida's public records law (s. 119.07(1)) and Florida Constitution Article I, section 24(a)

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act, with automatic repeal on October 2, 2015 unless reenacted by the Legislature
