Amends Florida Statutes section 258.39 to revise the boundaries of existing aquatic preserves and clarify that the preserves consist of state-owned submerged lands in 31 specified Florida counties.

Creates the Nature Coast Aquatic Preserve, encompassing state-owned submerged lands west of U.S. Highway 19 in Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus counties, extending to the St. Martins Marsh Aquatic Preserve boundary.

Modifies the exemption language to specify that privately owned uplands and submerged lands previously conveyed by the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund are exempted from aquatic preserve designations.

Provides detailed boundary descriptions for existing and new aquatic preserves using official county records, geographic coordinates, and natural landmarks.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
