Creates a new offense of sexting for minors who knowingly transmit or distribute nude photographs or videos of themselves that are harmful to minors using electronic devices

Establishes penalties escalating by offense: first offense is a noncriminal violation with 8 hours community service and $25 fine; second offense is a second-degree misdemeanor; third offense is a first-degree misdemeanor; fourth or subsequent offense is a third-degree felony

Makes possession of nude photographs or videos transmitted by another minor a sexting offense under the same penalty structure

Treats multiple transmissions or possessions of nude images within a 24-hour period as a single offense

Preserves the ability to prosecute minors for conduct involving depictions of sexual conduct, sexual excitement, or stalking under existing statutes
