Amends section 394.9082, Florida Statutes, to add an exemption for certain behavioral health service providers from participation in community-based managing entities

Allows a provider located within a judicial circuit or designated geographic area to be exempt from managing entity participation if the provider demonstrates capacity to fulfill the goals and essential elements set forth in subsections (5) and (6)

Maintains existing requirements for managing entities to contract with the department, manage behavioral health services, and collect and submit required data for their geographic areas

Takes effect July 1, 2010
