Adds a new first-degree misdemeanor offense to Florida's Career Offender Registration Act for assisting career offenders in eluding law enforcement.

Makes it illegal to knowingly withhold information about a career offender's noncompliance or whereabouts from law enforcement with intent to help the offender evade questioning or arrest.

Prohibits harboring, concealing, or assisting in the harboring or concealment of a career offender who is not complying with registration requirements.

Criminalizes providing false information to law enforcement regarding a career offender's noncompliance, punishable under Florida's general misdemeanor statutes.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
