Establishes the Florida Farm Fresh Schools Program within the Department of Education to promote nutritious school meals and combat obesity and nutrition-related diseases

Requires the Department of Education and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to develop policies encouraging school districts to purchase fresh, locally-grown foods and competitively-priced organic products

Mandates school districts and schools make reasonable efforts to select foods based on maximum nutritional content

Requires the Department of Education and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to provide outreach and training to school districts, food service directors, parent organizations, and students about benefits of Florida farm products

Takes effect July 1, 2010
