Requires bad check diversion program fees collected by state attorneys to be deposited into the State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund rather than other accounts

Changes the deposit destination for court costs recovered after criminal convictions ($50 minimum for misdemeanors, $100 minimum for felonies) to the State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund instead of the state attorney's grants and donations trust fund

Transfers unexpended balances from the state court's Operating Trust Fund to the State Courts Revenue Trust Fund (FLAIR 22-2-057) related to prior collections under the amended sections

Transfers unexpended balances from the state attorney's grants and donations trust fund to the State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund (FLAIR 21-2-058) related to prior collections under the amended sections; effective July 1, 2010
