Requires heads of specified state agencies, Parole Commission members, Florida Public Service Commission members, and the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission executive director to submit quarterly travel expense reports to the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House beginning September 1, 2010

Reports must include for each trip: purpose and justification, hotel expenses, distance traveled, trip dates, method of travel and related expenses, and total reimbursed amount

Applies to 20 state agencies including the Departments of Education, Transportation, Corrections, Health, Environmental Protection, and Community Affairs, among others

Takes effect July 1, 2010
